These apartments are in a great neighborhood with lots of parks around for kids. The apartments are set in a beautiful wooded area and are quiet. Amazingly maintained grounds and buildings. The apartments are a great size and have lots of storage. Bus stops and MAX lines are within walking distance. The walls are thick and you can't hear your neighbors!

Reasonable pet rent, heated pool that always looks clean, hot tub, water included, quiet, friendly tenants, helpful employees, well kept grounds, a 5 minute bike ride to the train, and regular improvements! Reasonable rent with updated kitchen and bathrooms are also a plus. I even got a free carpet cleaning when I resigned my lease.
