($60 for water/sewer and $5 for garbage.) Our two bedrooms apartment homes have a monthly charge of $75. ($68 for water/sewer and $7 for garbage.) Our three bedroom Hillsboro apartment homes have a monthly charge of $85. ($75 for water/sewer and $10 for garbage.) We happily cover all recycling charges! These amounts are not included in the stated rent. Residents are responsible for setting up their own Portland General Electric (PGE) account, which is required before taking possession of the apartment, and pay them directly.

As soon as possible! The second you submit your application, proof of income, identification, and pay your application fee(s), your application gets sent to our third party screening company to review. This process rarely takes longer than 24 hours. We’ll call or email you with the outcome as soon as we’re notified so we can keep the apartment rental process moving!
Of course! All residents have the option to add or remove roommates during their stay with us. Yes we do! We’re pleased to offer waived application fees to the students and employees of Intel, and Nike, as well as students of Pacific University. For verification, we ask for either an offer letter or pay stub from the employer or financial aid statement or ID from the University or Academy. Don’t work for any of those employers? Don’t fret! You can still get your application fees waived simply by checking in and “liking” our page on Facebook!
Absolutely! Word of mouth referrals are the best compliments we can receive! For each future resident a non-resident refers to our Hillsboro apartments, we’ll cut them a $200 check. Residents will receive a $200 rent credit for each referral made. The check or rent credit is issued once the referral has moved in. They just have to list your name upon first contact with us, that way you get the credit for the referral! We’ll then contact you for additional information on where to send the check. Plain and simple! The best parts of our program:
There’s no limit to the amount you can receive.
You don’t have to be a current resident to participate in the program.
You can refer a future resident to any of the communities managed by Portland property management company Tandem Property Management, Inc., and earn the referral check! For a complete list of qualifying communities, click on the link.

OUTSTANDING!! The property itself is filled with trees, giving the complex an alpine resort feel; yet, it's just off a convenient road. But what really makes Commons at Creekside special is the management team. They are by far the friendliest and most efficient we have ever encountered. Our entire experience . . . from initial phone call through the application process was smooth and pleasant. I wish all apartment complexes were run like this one!!

So, I have lived in a lot of apartments. And The Commons is BY FAR the best I have ever lived at. The atmosphere of the grounds is amazing. My husband and I often compared it to the resort we honeymooned in. Walking to the hot tub in our swim suits while hearing the wildlife and the peaceful tranquility was hands down the best part of living there. My kids made so many great friends in the complex, and LOVED that the office was always more then happy to give them treats every time they stopped i

We are renting while saving to buy a house. We searched around for months and couldn't find a better deal than at Commons at Creekside. Any concern is quickly felt with by their friendly staff. Our affordable three bedroom apartment is backed by a beautiful forest, providing shade in the summer and lovely critters year-round. I love this apartment!

These apartments are in a great neighborhood with lots of parks around for kids. The apartments are set in a beautiful wooded area and are quiet. Amazingly maintained grounds and buildings. The apartments are a great size and have lots of storage. Bus stops and MAX lines are within walking distance. The walls are thick and you can't hear your neighbors!

My best apartment experience. Reasonable pet rent, heated pool that always looks clean, hot tub, water included, quiet, friendly tenants, helpful employees, well kept grounds, a 5 minute bike ride to the train, and regular improvements! Reasonable rent with updated kitchen and bathrooms are also a plus. I even got a free carpet cleaning when I resigned my lease.
